These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the btpro online casino and sports betting platform, accessible via the domain btpro.cam and any associated subdomains, applications or services operated under the btpro brand (collectively, the "Platform").
btpro is an online gaming platform targeting adult users in the Pakistan market and other permissible jurisdictions. The Platform offers a range of products including, but not limited to, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports), live dealer casino games, slot machines, table games and instant-play titles.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the btpro Platform ("btpro", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable bonus terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced herein. This acceptance is a continuing obligation for as long as your Account remains active or you continue to access the Platform.
btpro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. btpro is strictly an adults-only platform. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified.
Access to or use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to those where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not hold an applicable licence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activities. btpro does not claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether under the same or different identity details, constitute a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to merge, close or withhold funds from duplicate accounts.
Accounts are for personal recreational use only. You may not register or use an Account on behalf of another person, as an agent, or for any commercial purpose.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
btpro may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a valid national identity document (such as a CNIC), proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal facilities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. btpro will not be held liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login details.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btpro immediately via the live chat support facility.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. btpro does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt.
References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as locally familiar references for Pakistani users only. They do not constitute endorsements, confirmed payment integrations or guarantees of availability. Users must confirm currently available deposit methods within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) your Account being in good standing with no open disputes or restriction flags; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum threshold as published in the cashier.
btpro does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations are estimates only and are subject to operator review queues, payment provider schedules and compliance checks. Any stated timescales on the Platform are indicative and not contractually binding.
The Platform operates with PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a primary reference currency for Pakistani users, alongside other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's published policy may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable inactivity fees, is governed by the policy in force at the relevant time.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify: (a) the applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x); (b) the eligible games or bet types that contribute towards the requirement; and (c) the time window within which the requirement must be met.
As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. This is an illustrative example only — actual bonus terms will vary and are published on each individual offer.
Unclaimed bonuses expire within the period stated in the relevant offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated window will be forfeited. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.
btpro reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings where it suspects or determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, including through pattern betting, coordinated play or other forms of bonus abuse. The Operator's determination in such matters is final subject to the dispute process in clause 16.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game or market. Betting rules are published within the sports or casino section of the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules.
For cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, event-specific rules apply regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, venue changes and related contingencies. These are published in the sports betting rules section.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to the Player's real-money Balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game and may be varied by the Operator at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of outstanding bets and winnings, forfeiture of Account Balance where permitted by applicable law, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game content, audio, video and the btpro brand identity, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No other use is permitted without the express written consent of the Operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btpro, its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of funds resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms; (c) Platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond the Operator's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.
btpro does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

btpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal or regulatory risk to the Operator; (c) the Account is subject to a self-exclusion or responsible-gambling restriction; or (d) the Operator is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon Account closure following a Player request, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus-related deductions) will be returned to the Player via a designated payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
The collection, storage and processing of your personal data are governed by btpro's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
btpro collects personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, comply with KYC/AML obligations and provide customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
btpro reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players by email or via a Platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in clause 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. btpro does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law, and makes no claim that the Platform is licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani governmental body.
In the first instance, any disputes should be raised with btpro's customer support team via live chat or email. The Operator will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the Player may seek resolution through applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as specified by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
